  The staff at Dernancourt Dental are truly amazing. I have been going to this clinic for 2 years and have just had a baby. Before going in for a clean, I was hesitant to how it would be taking along a 3month old. When my baby became unsettled during the visit, the staff went above and beyond. The receptionist came into the room and kept my baby amused so that I could get the clean done. This is a amazing clinic and after a long time of avoiding the dentist, I am now happy to go. Thank you Dernancourt Dental.

  Came to the surgery with an infected tooth which 2 other dentists refused to remove for the reason it would be either better to keep and root canal it or to see an oral surgeon for removal. Dr Felicity Lam removed it woth no issue. On inspection of the tooth she agreed it was better to remove as the quality of the tooth was degraded throughout. Once again thanks Felicity! Great work! I will now look at getting an implant with your surgery.

  The dentists and staff at this practice make a visit to the dentist as comfortable as can be. They clearly know what they are doing and provide an extremely professional service. Highly recommend.

  Drs Alex And Felicity Lam both took great care of me and I have referred my family and friends here since. They were preferred providers also so I didn't have to pay any gap :)

  My wife and I have visited Dr Alex Lam several times now to get our teeth cleaned and fixed. He is very helpful and professional. Most importantly, he makes you feel very comfortable and we are very pleased with the overall work he has provided. We will definitely recommend this place to our families and friends!
