    Its an awsome place to get fit and have a chat with people and staff are friendly and helpful too

    As far as Gyms go... This one is AWESOME. Spanning 3 levels of awesomeness including spin room and group rooms, free weights not to mention a steam room and sauna.

    Clean facilities, wonderful staff and PT's and a variety of equipment and classes available. 24hr access also a bonus.
